These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fresh Take mobile application and website at freshtakeapp.com (the "Service"), operated by Automator ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Fresh Take, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Fresh Take is an AI-powered meal planning application. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
To access most features of Fresh Take, you must create an account using a valid email address or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Please notify us immediately at support@freshtakeapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Fresh Take is available on a subscription basis at $7.99 per month. New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe via freshtakeapp.com. Fresh Take does not process payments through the Apple App Store. You may cancel at any time by visiting freshtakeapp.com or contacting support@freshtakeapp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Recipe suggestions, recipes, drink pairings, and other content are generated using the Anthropic Claude AI. This content is provided for informational and personal use only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular dietary or medical need. You are solely responsible for evaluating any recipe for suitability to your needs.
When you share a recipe using the public link feature, you grant Automator a non-exclusive license to store and display that content to anyone who accesses the link. You may revoke this by deleting the recipe from your library.
The Fresh Take name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Automator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@freshtakeapp.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
